How To Order:
Once you have selected an item from Union Menswear proceed to the checkout. Entering your details to become a recognized site member has its benefits and recognizes you as a returning member. You will then be taken to a secure area to pay by credit/debit card to complete the purchase. There is an alternative option to use Paypal if it suits. An email will be sent as confirmation of order . We are more than happy to take orders over the phone and offer additional size advice if you have any problems etc 01295-278085.
UK Delivery Charges:
The UK standard delivery charge is £4.95 per total order , lower value orders below £29 are reduced to just £3.50.
Standard Delivery: Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will generally be shipped the same day with a 48 hour Dispatch period. Orders received at the weekends will usually be shipped on a Monday with the exception of a Bank Holiday weekend when Tuesday dispatch will apply.
If this is not possible for example an error has taken place when you have tried to pay, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or a phone call.
A confirmation of shipping email is always sent once goods have been shipped with a tracking number from the postal service used.

"We cannot authorize that parcels be left in bins, in sheds or over the fence. Items may be left with neighbours as long as the item is signed for".
Deliveries are sent Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. A signature will be required on delivery otherwise the delivery company will leave a card through your door to enable you to re-arrange a suitable delivery time or collection from your local Post Office branch.
Europe & Worldwide Delivery
We currently ship items to a variety of countries within the EU and the rest of the world. As with any other delivery each one needs a signature as they will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or via DPD. With countries outside of the EU parcels will usually be delivered within 5-10 working days.
Your delivery address must be the same as on the credit card statement for the first order. Once this address is verified an alternative delivery address may be added i.e. place of work.
When will you be charged?
Your card will be debited as soon as you place the order. Should for any reason we are unable to supply any item we will first call to see whether or not you would like an alternative or offer a full refund to your debit/credit card.
Returns: IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
If you wish to exchange the goods for another size please go back online and re-purchase the size you require or a new item you may consider as an alternative purchase. The unwanted item will need to be returned and when received, you will be refunded through your original method of payment. Please return the goods purchased within 10 working days from the day you receive the goods for UK customers or 14 days for overseas customers.
Please ensure when returning items in boxes such as trainers that the boxes are not cello taped as this causes damage to them. We require all returned items to be sent back in the condition that they were sent with tags attached and boxes intact.

If items are returned unclaimed to Union Menswear via Royal Mail or UPS, we will require a subsequent postage charge which can be paid over the phone. In order to aid in this please provide your original order number.
Unwanted Goods: If you do not require the item(s) purchased, please follow the return instructions below.
The goods will need to be returned in the original packaging, with relevant documentation to identify recipient (invoice), tagged and in perfect as-new condition. The buyer will need to send the goods to the return address stated on the invoice received with the goods. We do not pay for the returning postal costs. The goods will need to be posted via a recorded delivery with the buyer retaining any receipts in case the parcel should become lost in transit.
All refunds will be subject to postal charge deductions i.e you will receive a refund to the value of the item, not the postal costs.

If goods are returned due to being faulty or the wrong item/size has been sent in error we can offer a free replacement of the goods or alternatively a full refund will be given for the item.
